- Determine appropriate date and organization of annual meeting.
- Coordinate meeting specifics: room reservation and set up, audio/visual
aids, availability of IR materials, agendas, ballots, etc.
- Prepare script for formal business portion of the meeting, as well
as script and slide/laptop presentation for informal comments and Q&A.
- Advise on questions concerning press release and Web cast for annual
meeting.
- Act as Inspector of Election.
