Eddie Jones graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA degree in accounting and economics and received an MBA degree from Emory University. Mr. Jones is a Chartered Financial Analyst. In 1975, Mr. Jones founded Corporate Communications Inc. Prior to 1975, he was Director of Research for J.C. Bradford & Co. after having worked for that company for eight years as a securities analyst. He is a former member of the Issuer Affairs and Marketing Committees for the National Association of Security Dealers (NASD). He is a director of CBRL Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBRL), the holding company for Cracker Barrel Old Country Store.
