- Provide continuing advice on IR questions and vendor solicitations.
- Consult on corporate governance issues and trends.
- Evolve IR strategies in line with changing company dynamics and regulatory

- Determine most cost-effective use of management time and financial
resources relative to IR goals and budgets.
- Evaluate effectiveness of IR efforts through program audits and perception
surveys of institutional investors and securities analysts.
