- Determine the appropriate structure and protocol for conference calls, including the timing, call accessibility, supplier selection and format.
- Develop consistent approach to discussions with analysts and to disclosure issues.
- Prepare discussion points or script for formal call presentation.
- Discuss anticipated questions and suggested answers.
- Prepare and update conference call notification/invitation list.
- Set up and manage conference call operation for regular quarterly earnings news releases or for special events.
- Manage dissemination of advance notification for call and same-day notification accompanying news release.
- Conduct post-call review and analyze attendee list.
- Follow up with key conference call participants for feedback on call process, message and issues.
- Arrange call replay through recorded playback or on Web site.
- Archive conference call recordings.
