- Advise on content for IR section of corporate Web site.
- Manage design and development of IR Web site.
- Develop Internet communications plan for push/pull delivery of content
and current news.
- Arrange Internet simulcast of quarterly conference calls and key
announcements, addressing issues concerning notification, archiving,
access, etc.
- Maintain IR materials on Web site: news releases, annual/quarterly
reports, road show presentations, conference call simulcast and replays,
etc.
- Manage e-mail, fax or mailing information generated by Web site.
