- Annual report production:
- Advise on development of basic theme and content.
- Establish production schedule in compliance with SEC and exchange
guidelines and deadlines.
- Establish budget based on approved design and print quantities.
- Draft and edit letter to stockholders, narrative and other report
content.
- Oversee or coordinate design, photography, typesetting and full
production process.
- Post report to corporate Web site.
- Quarterly stockholder reports:
- Discuss use of quarterly, or other periodic, reports to stockholders.
- Draft report copy.
- Manage design, production and distribution.
- Post report to corporate Web site.
- Collateral IR material.
- Produce other IR materials, such as press kits, corporate brochures,
fact sheets and corporate identity programs.
