(PSI), joined Acadia Healthcare as Chief Executive Officer, along with other members of the PSI executive management team. Under this team, PSI grew from five inpatient psychiatric facilities producing 2002 revenues of $114 million to become the country’s largest inpatient psychiatric company with 94 facilities and LTM revenues of $2.0 billion when it was sold for an equity value of $1.9 billion in late 2010. Since this team joined Acadia, it has grown from six facilities and approximately 400 beds to 76 facilities and over 5,600 beds. Acadia’s stock price has increased more than five-fold since it became publicly held in November 2011.
